By engaging Mr. Lawn Care for lawn care treatment services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the service relationship between you ("the Customer") and Mr. Lawn Care ("the Company").

Service Agreements

All lawn care treatment services are provided based on a verbal or written agreement between the Customer and Mr. Lawn Care. Service plans, treatment schedules, and pricing are discussed and agreed upon before any work begins. We reserve the right to adjust treatment protocols based on the specific conditions of your lawn, weather patterns, and seasonal requirements to ensure the best possible results.

Mr. Lawn Care is a lawn treatment specialist. We provide fertilization, weed control, pest control, aeration, overseeding, and related agronomic services. We do not provide mowing, landscaping, irrigation installation, or tree care services.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of each service visit. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, check, and cash. Invoices are provided after each treatment, and payment is expected promptly. Accounts that remain unpaid for more than 30 days may be subject to a late fee and suspension of future services until the balance is resolved.

For customers enrolled in an annual service plan, payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement. Annual plans may offer per-visit pricing or bundled pricing options as discussed during the initial consultation.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled service date. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover the cost of scheduling and travel.

Customers may cancel their ongoing service plan at any time by contacting us via phone or email. Any services already rendered will be billed at the agreed-upon rate. There are no long-term contracts or early termination penalties.

Service Guarantee

Mr. Lawn Care stands behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a treatment or notice an issue between scheduled visits, please contact us within 7 days. We will return to your property to assess and address the concern at no additional charge.

Limitation of Liability

Mr. Lawn Care is not responsible for lawn damage caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to: extreme weather events, drought, flooding, improper mowing practices by third parties, pet damage, construction activity, or pre-existing soil conditions. Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service in question.
