When your grass starts dying in the summer, your first instinct is probably to water it more. In Colonial Trace, that mistake is exactly what kills your lawn. Many companies will wait until they see large, brown circles in your yard and then try to charge you double to fix the damage. That is not how I operate. I include fungicides in every single plan because the label requires preventive application to be effective.

I start my preventive treatments in May, a full month before most companies even consider it. If we wait until June or July when the damage is visible, we are already playing catch-up. By managing the fungus early, I ensure your grass isn't wasting its energy fighting disease. A healthy lawn can handle a week without water or a heavy foot traffic day during a backyard barbecue; a diseased lawn cannot.
