Most Indian Creek Cove homeowners call me in July because their grass is dying in large brown circles. I do not offer low-tier plans that exclude fungicides. It is a common tactic to sell a cheap service and then hit you with an expensive "emergency" fee once the brown patch appears, but I find that unethical. I include fungicides in every single plan I provide. When your grass isn't wasting its energy fighting off disease, it has more resources to handle the summer heat and foot traffic on your property.
